The Congress of the 20^th Anniversary of the Local Administration in Poznań is co-organized by all Polish local administration organizations to celebrate the anniversary of the enactment of the local administration act. In the legal sense the act started the local administration reform, which is considered to be the most successful of all Polish system reforms and in which we all actively participate.

Congress sessions begin on 8 March 2010 at the Poznań Congress Center (Pavilion 15C, most conveniently accessed from Śniadeckich Street) at 12.00 p.m. The sessions are preceded by meetings of political groups, which begin at 11:00 a.m. in the conference rooms of the Poznań Congress Center.

• Election of presidium and committees, adoption of agenda
• Adoption of rules of procedure and electoral ordinance
• Management Board report on the work of the Association in 2009
• Budgetary report for 2009
• Presentation of the Association's balance sheet for 2009
• Opinion of the Audit Committee for 2009
• Discussion and voting on the adoption of the reports and balance sheet for 2009
• By-election of Management Board members (optionally in case of vacancy)
• Presentation of draft budget 2010 and its adoption
