Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie has been named winner of the “Well-Perceived Company” competition organized by Business Centre Club.
The competition, organized by the Business Centre Club, aims to find and award companies, which are perceived as most socially responsible in a given region. It is part of the "CSR as a tool of building a positive corporate image" project run all over Poland by BCC in partnership with the Trade Union Forum and the Academy for the Development of Philanthropy in Poland.
The competition promotes companies known in their regions for socially responsible business and for promotion of knowledge about good CSR practices. In each of the 16 regions in Poland one company was selected, which is positively perceived in its region as a socially responsible company. Each of the laureates will be presented as good practice at a regional conference organized as part of the project.
In Wielkopolska a "Well-Perceived Company" was selected on 27 October 2009.
