Exhibitors' Reception Desk coordinates issues related to the exhibitors' stay on the MTP grounds.

The exhibitors and cooperating companies have the possibility:

• to obtain entry passes and vehicle entry passes for the assembly and dismantling periods (name and surname of the assembling person as well as registration number and make of the car should be sent on the address: ">recepcja)

• to reserve and purchase the Exhibitor's Entry Card, Permanent Car Entry Pass, Business Evening Invitation (WA order form is available from the trade fair webside)

• to collect free-of-charge entry passes and vehicle entry passes for the fair under a licence agreement or cooperation agreement

• to obtain cash register slips and invoices for provided services

• to purchase the Exhibitors catalogues from the previous edition and to obtain other branch materials

• to obtain detailed information about the organisational procedures for a given trade fair as well as the general programme of events organised by MTP

• to obtain information about the activities of the Conference Centre, cultural events and the entertainment in Poznan
