The publisher of the Menadżer Floty (Fleet Manager) magazine, the inventor of the EkoFlota trade fair, has signed an agreement on organizing this year's event together with the Grupa MTP, the unquestionable leader of the exhibition industry in Poland. The event will take place at the MTP Poznan Expo, from 9 to 11 October 2019.

“Grupa MTP is present on the automotive market through events that have been organized for years, such as: Poznań Motor Show - the largest automotive fair in Poland, Retro Motor Show in Poznań, Auto Nostalgia in Warsaw. It is also involved in the car servicing market through the Automotive Technology Fair. The joining of the forces with Menadżer Floty and the co-organization of the EkoFlota fair perfectly complement the portfolio of our events,” says Tomasz Kobierski, Vice-President of the Management Board of the Poznań International Fair. “I am convinced that together we will create a new quality of events on the Polish car fleet market, providing many positive feelings and initiating the opportunity to gain new business contacts,” adds Kobierski. “I am very pleased that the MTP Group decided to organize the trade fair together with us. The fact that EkoFlota has become the main focus of such a reputable institution proves its potential. This year we are expecting more than 10,000 business clients who will find an exhibition area of 9,000 m2,” says Piotr Wielgus, editor-in-chief of Menadżer Floty. “This year's EkoFlota will be held in line with the slogan ‘Motoring of the Future’, which forecasts a big step forward and indicates that all the latest industry trends will be presented,” adds Wielgus.

Among other things, the success of the event is determined by a broad campaign addressed to Grupa MTP customers who cooperate throughout the year at trade shows organized for such industries as construction, food and catering or industrial technologies, as well as, of course, Poznań Motor Show, for which Menadżer Floty is the media partner. In addition, at the same time the fair will house POL-ECO SYSTEM, the largest event for the environmental protection industry in this part of Europe. Thanks to the synergy with POL-ECO SYSTEM, we will be able to reach an even wider target group and guarantee the highest possible interest of government and local government institutions.

EkoFlota will be officially opened on October 9. This will also be the day for the media, to which we invite journalists. Additionally, it will be the day when the E-Mobility conference, participated in by eminent guests from Poland and abroad, will be held. We will also present the awards of the EkoFlota trade fair. Throughout the three days of the event you will be able to admire the exhibition items themselves, as well as do some test drives in the ‘Motoring Town’.

Admission to the fair is free of charge for registered guests. Registration will start soon. It is already possible to purchase exhibition space.
