Tomasz Kobierski - since 2007 he has been a member of the Management Board of Grupa MTP, acting in the capacity of the Vice-President. Since 2017 he has been a member of the prestigious Board of Directors of UFI - the World Trade Fair Industry Association. The Board takes decisions concerning the directions of activities of organisations which have an impact on international trade fairs. Tomasz Kobierski is also the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lublin Fair and a member of the Management Board of the Droma Woodworking Machinery, Equipment and Tools Manufacturers Association. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics and the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona. Since the beginning of his career he has been associated with Grupa MTP. As the president of the management board of Grupa MTP, he replaces Przemysław Trawa, who has been associated with the MTP Poznań Expo 1983.

Filip Bittner is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with a degree in Neo-philology and Poznań College of Modern Languages. He gained his managerial education and competence in financial management and sales strategy creation at the WSB University in Poznań. He has been associated with MTP Poznań Expo since 2007. He acted in the capacity of Director of MTP Poznań Expo Product Group as of 2010. He managed well known and recognised projects such as: Budma, Poznań Game Arena, Motor Show, Polagra Food / Tech / Gastro, Gardenia. As a member of the Supervisory Board of the Lublin Fair, he supervises the activities of the company in all its fields. From 2019 he fulfilled the function of the President of the Management Board of Nowy Adres S.A. company.

Elżbieta Roeske is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics. She graduated in management and marketing. Since 1995 she has been associated with MTP Poznań Expo. She took up functions related to the management and organisation of trade fair events, since 2007 - as the Director of the Product Group, she has supervised the implementation of several trade fair events and since 2011, also the activity of the Poznań Congress Centre. Since 2018, she has been a member of the Management Board of Grupa MTP as the Vice-President for the exhibition and congress centre. For many years she has been cooperating with the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry as an expert on trade fairs. In January 2020, she became the Vice-President for EU Relations at EMECA (European Major Exhibition Centres Association).
