The Western Balkans Summit, including its accompanying took place at the MTP Poznań EXPO from 3rd to 5th of July 2019. The top level representatives of the Berlin Process partners met in Poznań Congress Center to talk about the most important issues for the Western Balkans region. MTP Poznań EXPO hosted such personages as: Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel, Prime Minister of Great Britain Theresa May, Prime Minister of France Édouard Philippe and High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini.

- Poznań Congress Centre on the premises of the MTP Poznań EXPO is a conference and congress centre offering excellent infrastructure with experience in organisation of events such as the United Nations Conference on Climate Change COP14 in Poznań, NATO Tiger Meet and the National Assembly - Elżbieta Roeske, Vice-President of the board of the Grupa MTP says.

Preparations for the Western Balkans Summit - an international event of unquestionable rank - took several months. The technical operator, the Grupa MTP, has prepared nearly 40 conference rooms and special spaces with the accompanying infrastructure on the area of over 20 thousand square metres. About 500 people were directly and indirectly involved in the work. The Grupa MTP was responsible for preparing audio-visual services, catering, visual identification, space arrangement and providing additional services.
