Social fund

Every employee has the opportunity to access additional funds accumulated by the employer in  the Company Social Benefits Fund . Benefits are paid based on the employee's application; the amount of funding varies and depends on the social situation of the employee and their family.

Employees most often use the following benefits:

  • the so-called "pear tree" supplement for your own vacation and that of your child up to  19  years of age,
  • a housing loan with an interest rate of  2%  per annum,
  • subsidy for organised childcare for children up to  7 years of age
  • one-off financial support when organizing  your own wedding  or  the birth of your children ,
  • gym, swimming pool, bowling, cinema, theatre and  CINEMA vouchers or Multisport  card  .

Subsidized lunches

Every employee has the opportunity to order a two-course lunch at Basilico Bistro at a very promotional price. Lunches are subsidized by the employer.

Free parking

For most of the year, employees can use the convenient parking for cars and bicycles at the Fairgrounds free of charge. On busy days, such as during large trade fairs and congresses, we encourage employees to use bicycles or public transportation.

Employee Pension Plan (PPE)

After six months of employment, an employee may join the Employer-funded Pension Plan. This involves the employer transferring the equivalent of 3.5% of the employee's salary to their Individual Retirement Account at PZU TFI.

The PPE contribution paid by the employer constitutes the employee's income and is subject to personal income tax (basic rate 12%). The program complies with applicable regulations regarding Employee Capital Plans (PPK).

Life insurance

Employees have the option of taking advantage of attractive life insurance under the PZU Życie group program. The premium is fully (100%) financed by the employee.

Medical insurance

Grupa MTP employees can take advantage of medical insurance from LUX MED. This provides quick access to specialists, diagnostic tests, and outpatient care from one of the largest medical networks in Poland. The employer covers a portion of the monthly premium, with the employee contributing the remaining amount. Coverage can be expanded with additional packages, including for family members.

Tickets to events for employees and their families

Employees have the opportunity to receive special, free invitations to all consumer trade fairs, such as the Poznań Motor Show and Poznań Game Arena. We also frequently announce competitions where you can win tickets to events organized by external organizers at the trade fair.
