Triathletes from around the world will compete in Poznań on one of the sport’s toughest distances, while fans get the chance to experience the unique atmosphere of a true sporting celebration.

Poznań once again becomes the stage for major sports emotions. From Friday to Sunday, MTP Poznań Expo will host IRONMAN 70.3 Poznań, one of Poland’s most important triathlon events and part of the prestigious global IRONMAN 70.3 Series.

The weekend kicks off Friday night with the Night Run, a nighttime race through the streets of Poznań that opens the festival of sport. On Saturday, the youngest participants take on the IRONKIDS competition, while right next to the Iglica, the spectacular Bicycle World Championships for kids will also take place.

Sunday marks the grand finale – with both the 5150 Triathlon Series and IRONMAN 70.3 Poznań. Athletes will face the full challenge: 1.9 km of swimming, 90 km of cycling, and 21.1 km of running. The finish line and award ceremonies for the top competitors will take place at Plac PeWuKa.

Triathlon in Poznań holds a special place in history. It was here, in Kiekrz in 1984, that Poland’s first-ever triathlon took place. Last year, the third edition of Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Poznań saw record participation, with more than 1,100 athletes at the starting line and nearly 2,000 active participants throughout the weekend.

After the sporting excitement, visitors are invited to Pasodobre Restaurant & Tapas Bar – a venue recognized for the second year in a row in the prestigious MICHELIN Guide.
