Flavors of the Regions 2025 – The Tastiest Weekend of the Fall
From September 26–28, MTP Poznań Expo will transform into a culinary map of Poland. For three days, visitors will have the chance to taste authentic cold cuts, cheeses, honeys, preserves, and lesser-known regional specialties – from fuczki to dzyndzałki. All prepared according to traditional recipes, with natural ingredients, and with passion passed down through generations.
At the heart of the event will be the Culinary Stage, featuring live cooking shows and workshops. Special guest Laurentiu “Lorek” Zediu – MasterChef contestant and chef known from the Pytanie na Śniadanie TV program – will demonstrate how regional products can be transformed into modern, flavorful dishes. Guests can also enjoy folk performances and meet renowned culinary masters.
This is a true family event: the youngest visitors will have the chance to bake their own bread in the Little Bakery and explore the animal farm zone to experience authentic countryside life.
The strategic partner of the event is Lidl, a long-standing supporter of local producers and promoter of healthy, traditional food.
Flavors of the Regions means three days of meetings, tastes, and inspiration. The event is held under the patronage of the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Region and the Mayor of Poznań, highlighting its importance. Best of all – admission is completely free, so everyone can take part in this culinary celebration.
