IN.SE.CON 2026: A Strategic Response to Hybrid Warfare
The International Congress of Cybersecurity and Breakthrough Technologies IN.SE.CON 2026 will take place on April 15–16 at the Poznań Congress Center. The collaboration between the Ministry of National Defense and Grupa MTP has created an agenda focused on dual-use technologies, artificial intelligence, and the protection of critical infrastructure.
Main Stage: From Ministries to Earth Orbit
The strategic debate on the first day will be dominated by speeches from the Minister of Digital Affairs, Krzysztof Gawkowski, and the Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defense, Cezary Tomczyk. The special guest will be astronaut Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski, who at 4:30 PM will hold a conversation with Grzegorz Zwoliński from AresShield AI regarding experiences from the IGNIS research mission on the International Space Station.

Professional Stage: Technical Content for SOC and CERT Teams
A new feature of the 2026 edition is the expanded Professional Stage, designed for practitioners involved in active defense and crisis management. Instead of generalities, the program offers an analysis of the full attack chain in the IoT environment, detection based on Windows registry artifacts, and response scenarios for ransomware and DDoS attacks. Specialists from Red and Blue Teams will be able to verify the use of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and participate in live demos of XDR solutions, making the congress a true venue for the transfer of operational knowledge.
Business and Local Government: NIS 2 Directive and AI Risk Management
For management staff and critical infrastructure operators, the Business and Local Government Stage has been prepared. The program focuses on the implementation of the NIS 2 and CER directives and building the cyber-resilience of cities. A key element will be discussions on practical AI risk management, including countering threats such as prompt injection or data leaks. For the first time, IN.SE.CON will feature a Polish startup zone, intended to become a platform connecting domestic innovators with representatives of the defense and internal affairs sectors.

CyberHackLab: Verifying Theory in Practice
Supplementing the conference portion and the EXPO zone is CyberHackLab—an interactive space where theory meets action. Over two days, participants will identify vulnerabilities, crack passwords, and solve puzzles inspired by authentic cyber incidents.
