INSTALACJE Trade Fair 2026: No more looking, time for testing
The installation industry in Poland is undergoing a change in the meeting model. The edition of the INSTALACJE Trade Fair, planned for April 14–16, 2026, at MTP Poznań EXPO, is moving away from static exhibitions in favor of interaction. This is a response to real market needs—installers are no longer looking for leaflets, but for the opportunity to test equipment in action before purchasing.
The World according to the Installer: Test, compare, contract
The key point of the program is the "World according to the Installer" space, prepared together with OSFIS. This is not an ordinary stand, but a reproduction of real working conditions, where dedicated zones allow for testing tools and comparing solutions from various manufacturers. The integral B2B Orders and Contracts Zone is, in turn, designed to facilitate direct relationship-building with developers and general contractors, which is crucial for planning the order portfolio for 2026/27.

Installer’s Exchange
A novelty of the 2026 edition is the Installer’s Exchange, a zone designed as a center for quick negotiations and transactions. In this area, manufacturers and distributors offer limited packages and discounts available exclusively to event participants.
Installer of the Future: AI and law in a small company
The substantive program has been condensed into a single stage and seven thematic blocks, replacing theoretical lectures with case studies. The topics cover areas critical for businesses: from VAT and KSeF settlements, through development financing, to the use of AI tools in the daily management of a small installation enterprise.

Synergy with SAWO and SECUREX
The INSTALACJE Trade Fair takes place concurrently with the SAWO occupational safety fair and the SECUREX security fair. This combination allows professionals to cover the topics of safety, heating systems, and building installations in one time and place. For professionals who complete prior online registration, entry to the event is free of charge.
