Over 15,000 buyers from around the world, billion-euro contracts, and nearly 400 exhibitors at MEBLE POLSKA 2026
At the end of February in Poznań, decisions worth billions of euros will be made—decisions that will shape furniture sales across Europe. Today, MEBLE POLSKA is one of the key contracting platforms on the continent and a real benchmark for Polish furniture exports.
From February 24–27, the global furniture industry will once again turn its attention to Poznań. This is where the season begins. And this is where it is decided what sales will look like in the months ahead.
For years, Poland has ranked among the world’s leading furniture exporters. For many manufacturers, February meetings with international buyers at MTP Poznań EXPO determine their order portfolios for the upcoming months. Negotiations cover cooperation terms with retail chains, importers, and buying groups, as well as delivery volumes and the strategic direction of product collections. In practice, this means that the global trading season in the furniture industry begins in Poznań.

International contracting and Polish furniture exports
With more than half of its visitors coming from abroad, MEBLE POLSKA plays a significant role not only for the sector itself but also for the broader economy. Hundreds of exhibiting companies and thousands of professional buyers from approximately 70 countries create a concentrated hub of international business in one location. The result is contracts that translate into production, employment, and export growth in the quarters that follow.
An integral part of the fair is a program of debates and expert analyses focused on e-commerce, international expansion, EU regulations, and overall sector performance. It is a space where the industry not only sells but also sets strategic directions and prepares for market changes.

E-commerce and strategy: How to increase furniture sales?
At MEBLE POLSKA, the industry not only signs contracts but also seeks answers to concrete market challenges. How can furniture be effectively sold through e-commerce channels? How can companies differentiate their offerings amid growing competition? What are the current online sales trends in the furniture sector? And finally, how can brick-and-mortar furniture stores strengthen their competitiveness in an omnichannel environment?
These issues will form one of the pillars of the fair’s expert program. It provides practical knowledge for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers aiming to increase sales without entering destructive price wars.

Poznań as a global furniture business hub
The event is organized by Grupa MTP, which for years has been developing Poznań as a space for international business projects. As a result, the capital of the Greater Poland region continues to strengthen its position as a city where decisions are made that extend far beyond the region itself. MEBLE POLSKA is one of the company’s flagship projects and a prime example of how local infrastructure can become a platform for global business.
