The agreement concluded by representatives of POLBOAT and the MTP Group is to lead to the organization of an International Yachting and Water Sports Fair, which would be held under the name POLBOAT Yacht Salon. This event would be a continuation of the Poznań Yacht Salon fair and an indoor version of the POLBOAT Yachting Festival. In the letter, both parties also declared their willingness to cooperate and develop the July event, which takes place every year in Gdynia.
Another important element of the cooperation will be the Rybomania fair, the largest fishing fair in Europe. As part of the agreement, the part of the exhibition dedicated to boats and yachts will be expanded and a substantive program of events will be co-created.

The letter of intent was signed on behalf of the MTP Group by Tomasz Kobierski, President of the Management Board, and Dariusz Wawrzyniak, Product Group Director, while POLBOAT was represented by Michał Bąk, President of the Management Board, and Sebastian Majewski, Vice-President of the Management Board.

We believe that combining our expertise and experience will allow us to create events with an international reach that will provide real support for the development of the entire water sports sector in Poland. - says Tomasz Kobierski, President of the Management Board of Grupa MTP.

We hope that the official cooperation between the Polish Chamber of Yachting and Water Sports Industry and the Grupa MTP is a big step towards the development of the industry and the creation of international events.
