Record-Breaking Attendance at Poznań Game Arena 2025: Nearly 70,000 Visitors and a Milestone October for Grupa MTP
Poznań Game Arena 2025, the largest gaming event in Central and Eastern Europe, closed with record-breaking attendance. From October 24–26, the event held at MTP Poznań Expo attracted 68,747 visitors.

This year’s edition brought together gamers, creators, and industry partners from Poland and abroad. Attendees had the chance to test exclusive game premieres, participate in e-sports finals, meet game developers, and enjoy cosplay shows and other attractions.
“For 19 years, MTP Poznań Expo has been the meeting place for gamers, creators, and producers from around the world, strengthening the region’s position in the gaming industry. The record attendance of this year’s edition confirms that Poznań is the capital of Polish gaming and one of the key points on Europe’s gaming map,”
said Filip Bittner, Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa MTP.

An integral part of Poznań Game Arena was the Game Industry Conference (GIC) – one of Europe’s largest professional events for game developers.
This year’s program included the Roundtable with the Polish Video Game Industry, attended by representatives of state institutions and the gamedev sector. Discussions focused on key areas of industry development, including funding, legislation, promotion, and professionalization.
The conclusions from the debate will form the basis for the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage’s strategy for the development of the Polish video game industry. The conference was officially opened by Marta Cienkowska, Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
The event concluded with the Central & Eastern European Game Awards (CEEGA) gala, honoring the best productions from 16 countries across the region.

An Intensely Productive October for Grupa MTP
October was one of the busiest and most diverse months in Grupa MTP’s calendar – spanning both business conferences and large-scale public events.
The month began with Caravans Salon Poland and Tour Salon, accompanied by the Śladami Marzeń Travel Festival, together creating Poland’s largest event dedicated to travel and tourism.
Next came Viva Seniorzy!, promoting health and active lifestyles among seniors, as well as Poznań Run Expo and the 24th LOTTO Poznań Marathon, whose finish line traditionally welcomed runners at the MTP fairgrounds.

At Poznań Congress Center, major events for local governments and business took place – the Local Trends European Forum and the MOVE – International Mobility Congress, focusing on innovation and sustainable transportation.
Environmental and technological challenges were in focus at the POLECO Trade Fair, while Gardenia showcased the latest trends in horticulture and landscape architecture.
The season concluded with specialized industry events – Optyka and Cleaning Expo – which drew tens of thousands of visitors and reaffirmed Grupa MTP’s position as a leading trade fair organizer in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
