Smaki Regionów 2026 in Poznań: Free Admission, Tastings, and a Culinary Stage
On September 25–27, 2026, MTP Poznań EXPO will host Smaki Regionów (Regional Flavors), one of Poland's largest fairs for regional and organic food. For three days, producers from nearly every province gather in Poznań, and admission is free.

The idea behind the event is to bring Poland's culinary map together in one place. Instead of traveling across the country in search of specific regions, you can discover baked goods, cured meats, cheeses, and preserves from various corners of the country over a single weekend. The fairgrounds fill with the aroma of fresh bread, dry-aged meats, and homemade products, and the exhibitors are glad to talk about where their goods come from and how they are made.

What Awaits Visitors
Among the products showcased at Smaki Regionów are meats and cured meats, cheeses, honeys, fruit and vegetable preserves, fish, dairy, bread, confectionery, and wines and liqueurs from Polish vineyards and apiaries. Hundreds of exhibitors have prepared tastings, so the weekend can easily turn into a full day of eating.

A separate highlight of the program is the culinary stage, where cooking demonstrations take place. For the youngest visitors, culinary workshops are planned, including ones in which children take on the role of little bakers and see how bread is made—from the very first step to the finished loaf.
