Citylight Pole Turned Into a Showcase. City Marketing Promotes Pyrkon 2026 in a Unique Way

Share

Pyrkon, Poland’s largest fantasy festival, is underway in Poznań, and one of the city’s advertising columns looks different than usual. Instead of the standard three backlit posters, the citylight has been transformed into a three-dimensional display featuring objects inspired by fantasy and pop culture, reflecting the atmosphere of the event. The installation was created by City Marketing, a brand belonging to Grupa MTP.

The project demonstrates the direction in which modern outdoor advertising is evolving. Rather than simply delivering a message, the medium itself becomes a storyteller. Passersby are drawn not only to the graphics but also to the scenery, details, and the unexpected use of a familiar element of the urban landscape.

Outdoor Advertising That Does More Than Inform

The Pyrkon installation shows that traditional outdoor advertising formats can serve entirely new purposes. A well-designed display creates an atmosphere, strengthens brand recognition, and encourages interaction with the urban environment. Such communication has a greater chance of being noticed and remembered than a conventional poster, while the advertising structure itself becomes a topic of conversation, including on social media.

City Marketing and Its Creative Approach to Outdoor Media

The installation created for Pyrkon reflects the way City Marketing approaches the outdoor advertising market. As a brand belonging to Grupa MTP, City Marketing offers unconventional solutions and responds to the growing expectations of brands for which standard posters are no longer enough. Projects like this demonstrate the company’s ability to meet the demands of both ambitious clients and the challenges of today’s advertising industry.
