A transformer manufacturer from Czerwonak, a Poznań-based company combining marketing with AI, a specialist in flow cytometry, and the creators of intelligent fertilizers were named winners of the 23rd edition of the Poznań Entrepreneurship Leader competition. The gala took place at Hotel Bazar and concluded with a concert by Sławek Uniatowski. Grupa MTP once again served as a partner of the competition and sponsored the awards, while Robert Wielicki, President of the Management Board of Grupa MTP, sat on the competition jury.

This year’s edition attracted a record number of applicants. “Not only traditional industries are applying anymore. Increasingly, we are seeing young companies with truly innovative solutions,” said Jan Grabkowski, Head of Poznań County and Chairman of the Jury.

Four Winners, Four Industries

In the Medium-Sized Enterprise category, the winner was Power Engineering Transformatory Sp. z o.o. from Czerwonak. Continuing more than 70 years of tradition in the energy sector, the company supplies transformers to customers across Europe. The winners dedicated the award to their employees.
