A graduate of the Faculty of Management of the Poznań University of Economics and the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School  in Barcelona. Since the beginning of his career (in 1998), he has been involved with Grupa MTP. He was the director of the POLAGRA FOOD International Fair of Food Products, the DREMA International Fair of Machines, Tools and Components for the Wood and Furniture Industries and the FURNICA International Fair of Components for Furniture Production, then he took the position of director of the  agri-food and wood sector product group. Since 2007, he has been a member of the Management Board of Grupa MTP  as the Vice-President, and from 2020 – as the President of the Management Board. Tomasz Kobierski is also the chairman of the organising committee of the largest horse competition in Poland, Cavaliada Tour. He is a member of the Management Board of the Association of Manufacturers of Machines, Devices and Tools for Wood Processing Droma. In the years 2017-2020, he was a member of the prestigious Board of Directors of UFI – the World Association of the Exhibition Industry, and since 2022 he has been the Chairman of the CENTREX Association and the President of the Council of the Polish Chamber of the Exhibition Industry (since 2020).

A graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with a degree in Neo-philology and Poznań College of Modern Languages. He gained his managerial education and competence in financial management and sales strategy creation at the WSB University in Poznań. He has been associated with Grupa MTP since 2007. He acted in the capacity of Director of Grupa MTP Product Group as of 2010. He managed well known and recognised projects such as: Budma, Poznań Game Arena, Motor Show, Polagra Food / Tech / Gastro, Gardenia. As a member of the Supervisory Board of the Lublin Fair, he supervises the activities of the company in all its fields. From 2019 he fulfilled the function of the President of the Management Board of Nowy Adres S.A. company.
