Order telemarketing services

Telephone contact with a selected group of recipients according to criteria specified by you, e.g. trade fair visitors, the construction industry − construction professionals, production companies from the food industry, trade companies from the furniture industry, etc. in order to present your offer.

The phone call can be informative, for example invitation to a conference, to visit a stand, updating a database, or commercial. The main aim of sales telemarketing is to acquire the so-called lead (person initially interested in the offer that is further contacted by the client). We carefully analyze every order and help to match the best form of a phone call. Our team of consultants working in the telemarketing, despite a lot of experience, each time undergoes individual project training, allowing them to get to know the specifics of the company. We operate on the basis of a scenario, but we are guided by the principle that every conversation creates a new scenario. The results of our actions are presented in the form of detailed reports.

There are also SMS campaigns to a targeted audience (according to the criteria specified by the client). Text information in the form of a short text message (e.g. “The grand opening of the ... store on ...” or “You can win prizes at stand ...”), which may have up to 149 characters.

Order e-mailing campaign

An e-mailing campaign carried out using databases of professionals who have agreed to receive commercial information by e-mail from the Grupa MTP. A database for campaigns is selected after a thorough determination of the target customer group. Our tools allow us to precisely filter by criteria:

  • by industry (e.g. architects, furniture industry, construction, agriculture, etc.)
  • geographically (by country, state, county, etc.).
  • by positions and departments in the company (directors, owners, marketing, sales, etc.)
  • by employment size (up to 10 employees, 11-50, 51-100 and over 100 employees)
  • visitors/exhibitors of individual trade fair events

Graphic design is entirely dependent on the Employer and is most often prepared by the Client according to our specifications. On request, we are able to take care of the graphic design as well.

The price of the service includes consultation and a detailed report from the campaign, including information about the number of open e-mails or number of clicks.

Order advertising campaign

An advertising campaign in the form of web banners displayed on the websites that are popular in the Google AdWords network to customers who visit a specific the Grupa MTP website (e.g. the website of Budma, Meble, PGA, etc.). Remarketing is conducive to building a positive image in the minds of customers. This action is effective, it brings relatively quick and satisfactory results. Thanks to redirecting customers to the indicated website you can attract new sales leads. The size of the so-called remarketing cart (the number of people who visited a particular site) is constantly growing before the fair, allowing you to reach a larger audience before, during and after the fair.

How does it work?

  1. A potential customer visits one of the Grupa MTP websites, for example www.budma.pl
  2. The customer's browser saves a "cookie".
  3. The selected advertising banner is displayed on other websites that the customer visits.
  4. The ads direct the customer to the selected/designated website.

Send a letter with us

We have a modern logistics center which deals with the confection, packaging, addressing and delivery of shipments to postal operators on behalf of our client. We serve both traditional letters in standard sizes (machine packaging) and those which because of the unusual size are not subject to automated process. In such a situation, our qualified personnel packs them manually. By ordering direct mailing customers save not only time but also money.
