Marcin Bilik is an experienced manager with nearly 30 years of professional expertise. Previously, he was responsible for developing and implementing the strategy of a publicly listed company with a global reach. He served as First Vice President of the Management Board for Operations at Amica S.A. Throughout his career, he has held seats on several supervisory boards of international companies, as well as on the board of Marcelin Management, a local company engaged in event management, hotels, restaurants, and office space leasing. He is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.

The current President of Grupa MTP, Tomasz Kobierski, will remain in office until September 15.
