As a quick reminder, 4,400 professionals, which constitutes a 15% rise compared to the previous year, got familiar with the offer of the exhibitors during SAWO 2016. It is not only the statistics that prove the success, however, but also the opinions of the fair visitors.

“For a few years I have regularly participated in the SAWO fair. I am impressed with this edition, the number of exhibitors and conferences. The fair is no doubt a great opportunity to exchange experience with practitioners operating in the industry and to make new, important business contacts. I systematically take part in the SAWO fair. We are observing a constant growth of the amount of assortment and the interest among the visitors. The higher awareness and greater demands of employees concerned about their safety led to a massive increase of competition on the market and, as a result, loads of brand new products. There is no better place to follow all that but the SAWO fair.

All the leading producers and distributors are here, in one place at the same time. Such exhibitions give an opportunity to compare the products, contact the distributors directly, exchange experiences and suggestions. We realize how many problems we managed to solve thanks to the solutions offered at the SAWO fair.

The talks we begin during the fair usually continue once the fair has finished as well. While the fair is a chance for all distributors to reach large and unavailable customers, the latter have an opportunity to check out a wide range of new solutions.

The offer available during the fair is so vast that we need to divide ourselves into groups in order to have a look and participate in all the events offered in the agenda.

The second important aspect of the SAWO fair, right after a growing number of products, is the conferences. This year we offered trainings in the field of occupational hazards and OHS services, which proved very practical. The main argument in favor of participating in the conferences is its substantive content offered by practitioners operating in the field on daily basis.

During the fair I visited the exposition and took part in dedicated lectures. The Ergonomics Forum and the Avenue of Ergonomics were, in my opinion, particularly interesting because I found out about new solutions regarding ergonomics and its applications for the benefit of employees at work. On the two exhibition days I listened to a few lectures of my friends operating within the sector who presented examples of good practices and OHS solutions in their workplaces. I will be glad to come back to Poznań for the next edition of the SAWO fair in two years’ time.
