The European UFI Conference is the most important international trade event for the exhibition industry in this part of the world. Every year, several hundred representatives of European countries and other regions of the world participate in it. The agenda of the meeting is filled with lectures and discussion panels related to the future of trade fairs, the changes taking place and the challenges facing the industry.

The conference in Poznań was the first meeting of European leaders of the meetings industry after the coronavirus pandemic and the first ever meeting in Poland. The conferences was chaired by DanRam. He is an event speaker who travels all over the world, hosting over 100 events a year. He hosted many of the largest technology conferences in the world, welcoming, among others, President Barack Obama, billionaires Sir Richard Branson and Reid Hoffman, F1 champion Nico Rosberg, artists, celebrities and Grammy winners.
