Nearly 147,000 visitors at MTP Poznań EXPO
April confirmed that MTP Poznań EXPO remains a key destination for both industry and consumer events in Poland. A total of 146,837 people attended all events held over the past month. The calendar was dominated by automotive, lifestyle, technology, and cybersecurity-related themes.
Automotive sector breaks records
The number one highlight of the past month was undoubtedly the automotive sector. Poznań Motor Show, together with the Automotive Technology Fair (TTM), attracted a vast number of enthusiasts, manufacturers, and industry professionals. As one of the key events for the sector in this part of Europe, they brought 94,384 visitors through the exhibition halls.
Cybersecurity and new technologies
Another important part of the calendar included expert-driven engineering and business meetings. The INSTALACJE, SAWO, and Securex trade fair block, complemented by the IN.SE.CON cybersecurity congress, gathered professionals seeking market innovations. The business offering was further expanded by parallel events from the food and retail sectors, including Bidfood Farutex, Marca Poland, and the Poznań Optical Salon. This segment attracted a total of over 16,500 professionals.
Sports and lifestyle events
April was also vibrant thanks to lifestyle events. The Poznań Run Expo, accompanying the 18th PKO Poznań Half Marathon, brought together 16,200 participants. Meanwhile, the beauty industry met at Look & beautyVISION, and craft enthusiasts attended Craft Events. This diverse segment gathered over 33,000 visitors in total.
A versatile venue at MTP
The month was rounded off by cultural and community events. The MTP venue hosted visitors to the “Romantic Chopin” exhibition, as well as participants in various gatherings and ceremonies, including the Easter liturgy and a Jehovah’s Witnesses meeting. This highlights the full versatility of the exhibition space, which welcomed nearly 2,700 attendees during these events alone.
